Last weekend Molly and Zack tied the knot on a gorgeous spring day at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC! After delaying a year due to covid, it was wonderful seeing these two officially become husband and wife. Their adorable golden doodle, Cooper, even made an appearance as the ring bearer! He was so excited to be part of the day, greeting guests as he made his way down the aisle.
I had the pleasure of getting to know Molly and Zack over the last two years. You may remember their epic engagement session in Capitol Hill. And I also was lucky enough to meet Cooper when he was just a little pup! Molly and Zack opted to a do another portrait session last fall to document welcoming Cooper into the family. They chose Yards Park for that location as a nod to their proposal in that same location.
Every time I spend time with these two, I see just how much they complement each other. Their personalities go together incredibly well together, with a shared sense of humor keeping them close. They exchanged vows surrounded by family and friends, then enjoyed a rooftop cocktail hour with incredible views of the city. The evening kicked off with one of the very best bands on the East Coast – Millennium. From the live music to the stunning florals and modern decor, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish!
