Molly and Zack wanted to capture their engagement photos as a casual adventure in some of DC’s iconic locations. It’s safe to say we accomplished just that! Not only did they show up looking stylish in matching suits; they also know how to have a blast together! We had the best time wandering around Capitol Hill for a sunrise session.

Spending time with these two felt like hanging out with good friends. Their easygoing personalities and desire for fun, spontaneous moments made for an incredible morning. We were able to stop by three iconic locations: the Capitol Building, the Supreme Court and the Library of Congress – with a few row houses in the neighborhood mixed in.

Since they live nearby, they were able to walk to their session. Zack actually proposed nearby at District Winery, their favorite place. So it was fitting to have their engagement photos captured in such a meaningful location – while still getting the classic DC feel.
