Becoming a parent means watching your baby grow and change faster than you ever imagined. One minute they’re a sleepy newborn, and the next they’re smiling, sitting, and showing their unique personality. Those first year milestones are fleeting. And capturing them beautifully shouldn’t be stressful or overwhelming!

The Baby Plan Membership was designed to be a simple, stress-free way for families to do exactly that. From tiny newborn snuggles to giggles and first steps, you’ll get them all!

What makes the membership special

Many families start with newborn photos and then realize how quickly their baby changes. Booking sessions one at a time can feel overwhelming, however, and it’s really easy to let it fall of your to-do list. The Baby Plan Membership solves this by planning ahead! Instead of worrying about scheduling each session, parents can simply enjoy watching their baby grow knowing your sessions are secure on my calendar.

As we get to know each other during each session, it also becomes easier and easier to plan each one. I have an understanding of who you are as a family, your personal style, and what works best for you during your session. This makes planning a breeze, and I love how the photos turn out since we are all so comfortable with each other.

Finally, you’ll save doing the membership instead of individual session. Instead of individual session fees, you’ll only pay one discounted membership fee. You also get a credit to use towards your digital image / artwork purchase after each session. And you get perks like early access to my booking calendar and discounts on loose prints.

The most popular milestones

While every baby develops at their own pace, here are the milestones most families choose to document:

Maternity (between 29-34 weeks)

This is such a special time full of anticipation, excitement, and the quiet moments before life changes. Maternity sessions typically take place between 28–34 weeks, when your belly is showing but you’re still feeling comfortable enough to move and relax during the session.

As always, we’ll tailor this session to you! Whether you prefer a timeless studio look, the beautiful outdoors, or being in the comfort of your own home, I’ll help you choose what’s best. You can take photos by yourself, or include your partner and any other children in your family.

Newborn Session (within 2 weeks, but we can be flexible)

The newborn stage is fleeting and special. During the first couple of weeks, babies are still very sleepy and curled up, which allows us to capture those cozy, snuggly moments. My lifestyle newborn sessions give us room for a little flexibility, however, if you need more time to recover or settle in for a family.

Sitting Milestone (6-8 Months)

Once babies are sitting up independently, a whole new world of interaction opens up. Giggles, curiosity, and movement take the stage. Without needing support, they can interact naturally with their surroundings, making this milestone perfect for capturing joyful expressions and big personality.

First Birthday (11-12 Months)

Your baby’s first birthday is the perfect way to celebrate a full year of growth. At this stage, many babies are crawling, standing, or even taking their first steps. These sessions focus on capturing your baby just as they are at the end of their first year. Some families choose to include a simple cake or a favorite treat, while others keep it timeless and classic. I don’t offer elaborate cake smashes with decor, but we can do a very simple cake or treat photo at the very end. Be sure to chat with me while planning!

A Note About Flexibility

Every baby develops at their own pace, and milestone timing can vary. When you’re part of the baby plan membership, we’ll keep an eye on your baby’s development together and schedule sessions at the moments that best capture each stage. If you want to skip maternity, that’s also fine! We can either do a tummy session ~3-4 months, or you can simply choose to do only 3 sessions in your membership.

Tell the story of baby’s first year in an heirloom album

One of the most meaningful ways to wrap up your membership is seeing your favorite photos together in a beautiful album. Rather than keeping your baby’s first year tucked away on your computer or scattered across your phone, many Baby Plan families choose to create a first year album that tells the full story.

With images from each milestone session, the album becomes a visual timeline of your baby’s first year. You’ll see how tiny they were in your arms as a newborn, the sweet smiles that appeared months later, and the excitement of that one year milestone.

When to book your membership

I recommend looking for photographers as you get into your second trimester and securing your spot shortly after. Membership spots are limited each year to ensure every family receives the personalized experience and attention they deserve.
