Westwood Country Club Wedding Photos

Last Saturday I had the honor of capturing Allison and Ben’s special day, and it was definitely one for the books! You might remember these two from their Maryland engagement session last fall. They ended up with gorgeous autumn colors, and we had a blast wandering around their family friend’s farm. So I knew going into their wedding would be just as much fun!

They knew St. Aloysius Church was the perfect location for their ceremony, and their reception was held at Westwood Country Club in Vienna, Virginia. From their getting ready items to their custom Limoncello favors at the end of the night, every detail held meaning and it showed. Just wait until you see their cake! Having a live band play during the reception added even more fun to the celebrations. You could tell everyone had the best time out on that dance floor!

I also loved how they included their families in the day. Allison’s mom gave her an embroidered handkerchief at the beginning of the day. Allison’s brothers joined the father/daughter first look, which also made for a sweet moment. Did I mention her uncle played the bagpipes during their ceremony as well? Such a unique touch!

Seeing so much love throughout the entire day made everything even more special. You can tell Allison and Ben have such a wonderful relationship already, and I have no doubt they will have a beautiful marriage.

Congratulations, you two! I hope you’re having the best time in Italy on your honeymoon. Cheers to a new adventure together!
