Kelly and Eric chose one of the best views for engagement photos – Skyline Drive! The mountains never disappoint, and these two showed up ready to go.
Their session took an exciting (and nerve-wracking) turn when all of a sudden Kelly informed me in a very casual voice that a bear was behind me. I turned around just in time to see it run across the road and into the woods. Apparently they’re more scared of us, but since it was my first bear sighting during a session I was a little nervous it would come back! Kelly and Eric were completely calm – obviously they are used to going on these types of adventures all the time!
The rest of their session was a dream. We stopped by my top overlooks and got a gorgeous sunset to wrap things up. Throughout the entire session, these two kept each other laughing – it’s easy to see why they love being together! Add in the fact that they met while volunteering for an animal rescue team (HART), and they are a match made in heaven.
Congratulations, Kelly and Eric! I can’t wait for your wedding in the spring!
