Honeybook | CRM
First things first – you need a way to book clients and stay organized. Whether you’ve been using a regular spreadsheet, or you’re looking to switch systems, I’ve been using Honeybook since I started my business, and it has made all the difference! It’s a simple and easy CRM to keep track of clients, send contracts and invoices, and get paid.
Pixieset
An online photo gallery is the best way to deliver photos these days, and Pixieset is the one I recommend the most. Clients will easily be able to view their photos and download them securely. I personally love Pixieset because of it’s beautiful gallery design, the password-protection features, and the online shop that makes it super easy for clients to order prints. I also use it for my own travel print shop!
Flodesk – Email Newsletter
The best for email newsletters! Social media is great, but you need to build a list of potential clients and a way to reach them.
I use Flodesk for mini session announcements, studio updates, and just checking in with some fun resources for clients. Plus, you can set up automated emails to do the work for you. Anything that makes your business work flow better is a win in my book!
