Reflecting Pool Engagement Photos | DC Photographer

May is one of the busiest times for the Lincoln Memorial and Reflecting Pool engagement photos. The weather is beautiful, the sunrise light is stunning, and it feels like quintessential spring. Spending the morning with Laura, Aaron, and their adorable pup, Roux, was a blast!

First, I loved Laura’s blue dress. She looked fantastic! Aaron’s suit was the perfect pairing for the outfits. And of course, Roux joining a few photos was a must. She did so well – even getting treats and pets for being a good girl. Laura’s dad tagged along to help out with Roux when we did photos of just the couple (thank you!!) Most of all, I’m obsessed with the gorgeous light they got! This year’s spring season was filled with it (one of the best yet). Those golden rays make a magical place just a little more special. Congratulations, Laura and Aaron! Enjoy a few of my favorites below.
