In-Home Lifestyle Newborn Photos | Virginia Photographer

I adore in-home newborn sessions. I offer lifestyle newborn photography, which simply means we focus on baby’s connection with your family. Instead of overly posed photos with props, we aim for simplicity. Mom holds baby. Dad holds baby. The siblings hold baby – and maybe give her a few snuggles and kisses too. We still take individual portraits of baby, but they are much more relaxed compared to posing photography.

Mama chose to wear the ivory gown from our client closet, and I brought along swaddles to use for baby. I like to keep things simple and sweet so you can focus on the important part – spending time with your new little one and the rest of the family.
