When an engagement session includes charming cobblestone roads, photos in the square, and ice cream cones, you know it’s a good one! I met with Meg and Caleb in August to capture the end of summer and their engagement photos. Needless to say, we had a blast wandering around Old Town Alexandria together.
After capturing the classic photos at Captain’s Row, we walked over the Market Square in front of City Hall. Meg and Caleb were naturals in front of the camera, filling the session with lots of laughter and sweet moments. I can tell why they ended up together!
After capturing photos in front of the iconic fountain, we ended the session with ice cream from Pop’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream Co. on King Street. Talk about a cute way to enjoy your engagement session!! (And thanks, you two, for getting me a scoop of cookie dough ice cream too!) It was a wonderful way to end the summer season.
Now I’m counting down the days until these two tie the knot at their low-key mini-mony in October. Congratulations, Meg and Caleb!! I’ll see you soon!
