Simple and timeless. Two words that describe each and every session I do as a timeless newborn photographer. Why? Welcoming your baby home is a unique time in your family. When you look back at these photos, I always want the love and connection to be the main focus. I don’t want you to notice an outdated trend, or wonder why you dressed baby in an outfit that was cute at the time, but not quite as timeless as you would like. Instead of focusing on heavily posed images, I let baby guide the way. Besides a simple swaddle or onesie, and perhaps a tiny baby girl bow, your baby’s adorable features will be front and center.
With the client closet of dresses available at the studio, you can choose simple, timeless pieces that make you look beautiful and contribute to the timeless aesthetic of your gallery. I’ll even help you pick out what to wear for other family members to make it easy! And I have a hand-painted backdrop unique to my studio – this gives you a light, bright, and clean backdrop that still has some texture.
This portrait session is the perfect example of timeless newborn photography. Mom and dad snuggled baby girl, with plenty of breaks for feeding and soothing as needed. We don’t feel rushed knowing we can do whatever baby girl needs at that time, and you end up with simple, natural photos. When you want to look back at the early days – whether that’s 5, 10, or 20 years from now – timeless photos will always transport you right there.
