First of all, I have to say that Susan and Tristan are one of the kindest couples I’ve ever met. Not only are they super sweet to each other, but they genuinely care about every single person around them. And it truly shows! Working with them during the past eight months to plan their Old Town engagement session and their wedding photos has been proof of that.
It was even more apparent throughout their wedding day! They were so grateful for each and every person at their ceremony. The church was packed with family, friends and Susan’s students, all so happy to celebrate with them. With that much joy in the room, I know Susan and Tristan will carry that happiness into their marriage!
Not to mention, Susan was a beautiful bride – inside and out!! Her lace dress was gorgeous, and I actually shot the detail photos in her childhood bedroom. It’s always so sweet when stories come full circle like that! She had even taken the time to include a handmade quilt passed down in her family, which was the perfect way to document the details from the day.
My favorite part, however, was capturing the special moments with her family. There was just so much love everywhere I turned. From the first look with her nieces to walking through a crowd of bubbles after the ceremony, it was obvious how much these two are loved.
Enjoy some of my favorites from such a beautiful day!
