The Monday Soundtrack: Photograph

I can’t believe Thanksgiving is only three days away!! I’ll keep this week’s Monday Soundtrack short and sweet since I know you’ll be busy finishing up work the next few days before the holiday fun begins!

First of all, if you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you may have noticed my posts were a little slow during the last week. Long story short, I was hard at work editing all of my October weddings! Four of my amazing couples got married that month, and at the end of the week I delivered the last gallery – YAY!! Oh, and if you missed any of those gorgeous weddings on the blog, here’s a recap for you:

Between finishing those galleries and going out of town this weekend, it has been extra busy around here! Add in all the work I want to get done before Thanksgiving, and you know I’m going to need extra salted caramel mochas to keep me going until Thursday. But I know I’ll be making cream cheese pumpkin bars, so that’s always the perfect way to stay motivated!

Other highlights from the week:

  • Going on a trip to Raleigh with my friend, Marirosa, was the best part of the weekend! Not only did I help second shoot a gorgeous wedding, I got to explore a new city and hang out with a friend. Always a win!
  • I can’t get enough of all the fall colors! Between the leaves changing colors and editing all the gorgeous fall details (like those bouquets above), I’ve been in heaven.
  • I recently purchased a new Kamrette camera bag, and I’m officially in love! My old bag had reached it’s limit, and I knew this one would be the perfect replacement. Spoiler alert: I loved it so much, I ordered the backpack too for traveling! Get ready to start seeing it in my Instagram Story once it arrives.

That’s it for now! Enjoy eating all the delicious food this week, spending time with friends and family and most importantly, being thankful for the amazing things in life. Cheers!

Song of the Week:

It was only a matter of time until this song made it into the featured list! I’ve loved this song for a while. Here’s “Photograph” by Edward Sheeran.
