Ferdinand and Reem became husband and wife during a beautiful ceremony at Holy Transfiguration Church in Mclean, Virginia. They both wanted the day to reflect their strong ties to their faith, family and love for each other – and they definitely succeeded!
Reem is a photographer herself, so it was a huge honor being chosen for their special day. I loved getting to know them at their Skyline Drive engagement session, and their wedding day was even better. From their first look in the courtyard to their sparkler exit and everything in between, it was a beautiful celebration of their love.
With dusty blue, sage green and accents of gold, their decor choices were a dream to photograph. Reem picked out such gorgeous details, as I knew she would! I also loved the handmade touches. The invitation was self-made, and Reem and Ferdinand created the custom marble escort cards with calligraphy by hand. They were definitely a highlight of the evening! Many of their vendors are also part of their church, so it was wonderful seeing their community come together and celebrate such an exciting occasion.
Congratulations, Reem & Ferdinand!! I hope you’re having the most amazing time on your honeymoon! Here are a few more sneak peeks from such an incredible day.
