Great Marsh Estate Portrait Session Info | Virginia Photographer

BEST PORTRAIT LOCATIONS IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA

Location: Great Marsh Estate in Bealeton, Virginia

Why I love it for photo sessions: Great Marsh Estate is a Georgian mansion located on over 121 acres of lawn and woodland. I’m not sure which parts I love better – the stunning columns, majestic mansion, tree-liend driveway, or the sun-drenched fields. It’s all beautiful!

It’s one of my all-time favorite spots – we even took our engagement photos here!!

Best time to take photos here: The last few hours before sunset are the best time for photos here. Golden hour offers the most flattering light, and my goodness it makes the views even more stunning! It’s an hour drive from DC and close to the town of Warrenton.
