Today is an amazing day because I get to share Sophie and Luc’s gorgeous winter wedding!!! It was a beautiful day filled with stunning details, timeless elegance and oh so much love.
I first met Sophie at an industry event in DC. She was doing work for her social media management company, Rosé Media, and I was photographing an engagement party event at Mervis Diamond. When she reached out shortly after letting me know she was also engaged, I was so thrilled!!! I knew working with her would be an amazing experience. Both her and Luc are so sweet, and I have loved getting to know them!!
All it takes is a few minutes with Sophie and Luc to tell they are made for each other. They share a love that simply lights up the room, and documenting such a special day was an honor I’ll always be grateful for. Not to mention, spending time with their family and friends made the day even better!! There’s something so special about being surrounded by so much love.
And I still can’t get enough of all the elegant touches!! From Sophie’s stunning lace gown from NYC to the gorgeous florals (shoutout to Atelier Ashley Flowers), every little detail was perfect. She even wore her grandmother’s pin in her timeless updo, which I thought was so sweet!! And the live band at the reception ensured everyone had an amazing time on the dance floor. When you looked around the room, you could see so much happiness and love. And that’s what makes me love my job so much!
I have loved working with you two!! I wish you both the very best as you start on a new adventure as husband and wife!! Enjoy some of my favorite moments from the day.
